The location was optimal, superb breakfast and hard-working staff. Well soundproofed room and very specious, with good Internet and tea/coffee. Location so close to Duke point ferry and convenience store and downtown. Nice lobby. Besides, parking was available on-site. Real value for money, friendly service offered.

lovely little, immaculately clean place and extremely comfortable area. the rooms where adequate, reasonably priced. the hotel had a residential setting. apart from that, harbourfront walkway was 5 minutes away by driving.
Though everything was superb, some of the staff were drunk.

Tasty breakfast, absolutely brilliant staff, unbeatable location. Our room was cool enough, very specious and the bed was very great. Loved Nanaimo, the hotel was kind! The beach nearby was lovely and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Nice pool area too. Besides, there was reliable wifi, had no problem with it.

Good value against other hotels in Nanaimo. Unbelievable view, a beautiful balcony, best bed, too. Efficient service, clean restaurant on site.

The weather was pleasant, had quite comfortable stay. Everything seemed exceptional, neat. There also was perfect parking and amazing pool.
